Information for buyers regarding the official warranty for products in the Bravo Ukraine online store (https://bravo.org.ua)

All products in the Bravo Ukraine online store that are covered by a warranty come with an official manufacturer’s warranty in Ukraine, which includes warranty and post-warranty service.

To request warranty service for a product, the Buyer must send the following by mail to the Manufacturer’s service center:
- the product;
- proof of purchase or payment for the product;
- the warranty card;

All shipping costs for sending the product by mail are the responsibility of the Buyer.
