Information for the Buyer about the purchase of goods in the online store BRAVO.org.ua (https://bravo.org.ua)

Selecting a product and adding to the Cart
- after selecting a product, click the "Add to Cart" button - the product will be added to the Cart;
- after selecting the products of your order, click the "Cart" button

All selected products will be listed on the Cart page.
- in the Quantity field - you can enter the quantity of the product to purchase. After changing the quantity of the product, you must click the Recalculate button to recalculate the total order amount.

- in the Actions column, you can perform the following actions on each product:
- remove the product from the Cart;
- set the product aside for purchase at another time;

You can also enter a coupon code for a discount.

Placing and confirming an order
- after entering information about the Buyer, delivery, payment, etc. - to place an order, you must click the Place an order button;

(a copy of the order will be sent to the e-mail specified when placing the order)
- after placing the order, the manager will contact you to clarify and answer questions about the order;
- after registering on our website, in the Personal section, you can view the contents of the basket, the history of your orders, repeat or cancel an order, subscribe to the newsletter, etc.;
- Orders with the status "Waiting for payment" are subject to payment.

Attention! Incorrectly specified information: Buyer data, phone number, inaccurate delivery address, etc. - may lead to a delay in order processing!
