Exchange and return of goods
Information for buyers regarding exchanges and returns at the BRAVO.org.ua online store (https://bravo.org.ua)
The buyer has the right to exchange/return goods of good quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller, or to receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned goods, or to exchange the goods for similar ones.

Exchange/return of goods of good quality is carried out if they have not been used, the goods are complete, their marketable appearance, consumer properties, factory seals, protective films on the goods (preserved), labels, and a document confirming the purchase are preserved, except for goods that are not subject to exchange (return).
Exchange/return of goods is not carried out in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine,
including:
- lost purchase documents;
- the goods show signs of unqualified, unauthorized interference and/or unauthorized repair;
- the goods have been used incorrectly, not for their intended purpose, or contrary to the rules set out in the accompanying documentation for the goods;
- the serial number of the goods has been destroyed (erased, rubbed out) or has become illegible, and the product lacks seals, stickers, labels, and other markings provided by the manufacturer;
- the rules and conditions for transportation, storage, and use of the goods as specified in the instructions for the goods have been violated;
- the defect in the goods was caused by a change in the design, layout of the product, or software;
- the defect in the goods was caused by force majeure, accident, force majeure circumstances, military action, intentional or negligent actions of the buyer/user or third parties;
- traces of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, exposure to temperatures, chemicals, and other substances, flooding, vibration, inadequate ventilation, power supply voltage fluctuations, use of incorrect power supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharges (including lightning), as well as other types of external influences;
- normal wear and tear caused by the use of the product;
- use of consumables and accessories, spare parts, batteries, and storage media not specified by the manufacturer;
- virus damage, use of software that is not included in the product package, or is unlicensed, or incorrect installation of software;
